When Words Are Not Enough
Does it feel too much to talk about? When our depression, grief, anxiety and other painful emotions become too much, we can turn inward and isolate. Art therapy helps people heal. This is not an art class. No skill level is needed since every piece of art is an expression of emotion. For example, some of the projects I do with clients include: worry boxes, gratitude trees, angry postcards, collages, acrylic paintings and watercolors.
